They have English speaking customer service. No English GPS for small cars but Tamra has informed to download Naver via whatsapp days before arrival. Overall, very good experience.

Counter staff was very helpful, however thread on tyres were at the wear band already.

Old car, bad location to pick-up the car, bad customer service, ...

1. Given a car different from one I booked. 2. The car had empty fuel tank, with red warning light. 3. When questioned why empty tank, I was given a foolish verbal explanation by a man (a manager, I think, who is not a local Korean) that there is restriction by the Korean authorities in filling up rental cars. This is really insulting my intelligence, to say the least), just to find an excuse. 4. A requested for the car I booked weeks ago, with full fuel, but was told I need to wait for the car to be available when returned by user.!! 5. Finally after arguing, I was offered a bigger car, not of my choice, with slightly more than a quarter tank. 6. With no choice, I took this car which was difficult for me to drive, and costs me much more in fuel cost. 7. All in all, I had an unpleasant experience upon arrival at Tamra, and it ruined the start of my holiday in Jeju to some extent.

We booked a Kia Morning but they gave us a Chevrolet Spark instead. Besides that, their customer support is slow. I called to ask for help but they replied me on the next day. Luckily it wasn't any urgent matters, Tamra can work better in this. Other than that, everything is good!
