Brilliant website, so easy to use and has never let me down the point system is amazing.

Counter staff were very good, polite and helpful. Had an issue when I returned the car full having paid for a tank of fuel in collection. Took several attempts until my money was refunded.

They gave me a very bad car and for 4 days i kept trying to change and they refused untill the car broke down on me and my family and they ruined my 2 weeks vacation, and they said u took it from a third party site, i will never rent from them again, specially sheffield ranch and its manager mr. Perfect thank you

Waited a long time queueing to collect car, with only a few desks open, even though it was late morning and still a busy time of day. Car smelt of smoke from previous driver / passenger(s). Some marks on the vehicle weren't evident on the driving away paperwork. This delayed the onward journey as had to get staff to look and acknowledge the other scratches etc.
