After picking up luggage at Bangkok Airport and passing through customs, it was already 1 AM. At the AVIS service counter in the terminal, we showed our printed voucher, and the staff warmly assisted us and quickly arranged for a vehicle to take us to the car pick-up location. Upon arrival, the staff quickly completed the procedures, checked the car, and handed it over to us. They thoughtfully provided us with a self-printed map of AVIS's location and directions on how to return the car here. Returning the car was smooth, the staff promptly completed the formalities and took us to the terminal.

The pick up process was easy and hassle free. However, the drop off was otherwise. Due to language barrier I had procced to park the car at the airport parking and incurred parking fee of THB20. There was no clear explanation on the drop of process. Overall I am satisfied with the service.
