Clean car, exceed expectations

I left my jacket in the car and realized it after airport security. I quickly returned to the rental place and the staff were very welcoming and efficiently retrieved my jacket. Great service.

O carro não era exatamente o que eu tinha reservado estava dentro da mesma categoria mas uma gama abaixo pelo que não fiquei satisfeita com essa situação. O senhor que me fez a entrega foi muito insistente em vender outros seguros mesmo eu informado que não queria pois já tinha o seguro. Chegou a ser desagradável e disse que ia deixar uma nota na minha reserva caso fosse necessário alguma assistência pois seriam inflexíveis. Não foi uma situação nada confortável.

Correu tudo bem apesar do carro ser uma gama abaixo do que anunciado

They charged $13/day for toll tag which is insane. if I refused this charge, they said they would charge $15 for every toll I passed or I need to drive on non toll roads through out my 10 day rental. I am deeply disappointed with this policy which costed me additional $130 which basically negated to cost savings I got from them and easy rental cars

You need to make the toll charges and any other extra charges very transparent during the booking process. Here it ended me costing an additional $130

Car was supposed to be medium sized SUV but couldn't even fit both of our suitcases in the back. Otherwise it was fine, although not clean when we picked it up.

Have used Easyrentcars.com several times and except for one time we had a problem, it has been a good way to rent cars for a very reasonable price, compared to other rental companies. You just have to read the terms carefully and make sure the rental car agency you end up with doesn't upsell you without your realizing it.
