Easy and reasonably priced!

The officer was totally confusing. We received multiple tickets. When you add them all up it was $1000+ but she kept insisting us we will be charged around $150 in the end. Later on she said $250 - it was a complete mess. We noticed scratches and damages in the car and when we asked for another car she said "just take a photo of the damages and you should be fine" what does that even mean? Terrible service.

The left mirror made noise as it was a broken mirror and not fixed.

Best price for LAX. No pushy sales tactics, no problems at drop off, all very smooth and professional. Got to choose any economy or compact car I wanted.

Booking was smooth, best price and notifications emailed to me when anything needs to be done.

Didn’t have a van so gave me a pickup or told me to drive to another location that might have a van at 11pm after a 12hr flight. Made our house move very difficult.

Needed more staff at pick-up location but when we got to the counter staff were very nice.
