At point of booking we noticed on booking confirmation that a deposit of USD500 - 3000 may be required. However it was not collected. The amount of the required deposit is above my expectation and we do not have sufficient fund for that.

They have English speaking customer service. No English GPS for small cars but Tamra has informed to download Naver via whatsapp days before arrival. Overall, very good experience.

Collecting car process was seamless and straightforward. The rental car was full of scratches that we need to take a video of it as a proof before signing off. When we returned the car, the process was speedy and no major problem.

The car was in good condition, but the best of Tamra is the manager which able to communicate in English makes the whole rental process so much easier. Korea is lacking one big thing is english speaking which will make their tourism even better. The car deals are also the cheapest you can book through the web.
