Need to be clear on which airport terminal. We arrived in International terminal but the car pick up is at domestic terminal. This was not made clear when made booking. Lucky the domestic airport is next to the international airport terminal. However is troublesome to enter into domestic terminal as need to go through security scanning.

A very professional chain rental company with dedicated parking spaces at major airports. From picking up the car to returning it, everything was very convenient! The car was clean and tidy with excellent power! I truly enjoyed the self-driving experience! Budget will be my first choice for renting a car abroad next time.

The service was good. We added some insurance, so the actual cost was higher than the price on the reservation, around 310 THB per day. As it was our first time renting a car abroad, we accepted it for safety reasons. Budget doesn't have a counter inside the airport arrival hall, so we had to walk to the rental company. Fortunately, it wasn't far, and you can see it right outside the airport. When returning the car, they drove us to the departure hall entrance.
