Easy to use!

The car itself was great. Drop-off was very quick and professional. We were early for the pick-up and we had to wait for 1,5 hours, because there was no flexibility on the booked time. The mail I sent a week before to announce the earlier arrival was ignored.

Pretty good, the staff was quite nice.

The service attitude was good, and because my flight was delayed, there weren't many people in line.

The only negatives: Car ordered was not available so was given a supposed upgrade but the car was smaller, but better equipped- it did the job. Slow getting processed at pick up. Staff great. Drop off quick

Booking system good. I needed to delay my pick up by 24 hours, but was unable to delay drop off by 24 hours to keep contract period the same. Loss of days hire. Customer service was in Western US- I was in Australia so not ideal for resolving above mentioned issue.

Arrived June 8, 2022. Apex Car Hire Brisbane exceeded our expectations. The two ladies were very warm, welcoming and professional. From calling for courtesy shuttle to their office, getting picked up in a very nice and clean van, doing paperwork and getting us off ready for our adventures. The ladies even gave us a vehicle that had more luggage space for extra shopping.
