Enterprise people were good on the front and the return

Didn’t get car comparable with a Chevy Impala. We got a Toyota Camry. And it had right front end damage. The panel was loose! Not a comfortable ride.

The line at the counter was long and there was lots of pressure to add various items onto my reservation. When I went to pick up the actual car, the employee kept telling me they were bringing mine out, but then helped everyone in line before me. After waiting about 40 minutes for them to bring the car out, the man had lost my receipt (he took it with him to pull the car). He told me the employee at the gate could print a new one. Got to the front of the gate. Employee had no idea how to do this. Had to wait at the front of the line and hold everyone else up behind me for about 20 minutes until they printed a new receipt. Pick up was a VERY slow process.

Counter complete disregard for help. Billed for a full size car and got a "hamster" soul.

we have to wait in line like 50 minute and although we do have reservations, hey said they don’t have any cars??? terrible company
