Easy process. They tried to give me a different type of vehicle saying they did not have any available but then found keys to the type i had requested originally. The vehicle was missing an antenna and the interior roof was dirty. The staff was fast and ready to help.

Arrived around 7:00PM on a Saturday. The gentleman at the counter was very friendly and helpful, but kept getting distracted by phone calls because he was the only one at the counter. When we finished our check-in, he ran all the way through the lot to pull our car up. I could tell that he felt badly that it took so long - not his fault. Excellent service on his part.

I would have to begin EVERY day with stopping for air for one tire. By the end of each day the same tire was flat again. I called to extend my rental, yhr first lady was busy and said she would call me back but she didnt. I called again an hour later anf the second make promises that the price was the same and everything was set. The next day a man calls me and said the car was due nack yesterday and now I have to pay $3 a day extra for thr extension fee.
