Although the rental company provided a car from the same category, I wanted an SUV but got an MPV, which was somewhat disappointing.

Limited English proficiency

Surprisingly there was a long queue and the staff were doing their best but also were helping each other with issues so waiting times exceeded expectations. I assume though it was a one off thing. The car was parked horribly. There was no space to open the door not to mention the distance to the next parked car was maybe 20cm. I had to get in the car from the back seat and crawl to the driver seat ! I hope this won't happen again. I will yet try Europcar again.

Arrived earlier then booked pick up time , told me they didn’t have a car in My group (BS) ! Tried to up sell me Mercedes A class for extra 490 euro ! I went back at booked time to be given A damaged car, with filthy glass !! Never will I rent from euro car .

We waited over an hour to pick up our vehicle.. we would not use Europcar again
