Efficient and friendly and a great little car

This company lacks integrity and engages in fraudulent practices. They initially attract customers with low prices, then impose additional charges through various means to gain undue profits.

When returning the car in the morning, no staff was present at the rental office. We waited for 10 minutes for someone to return from the airport and they prioritized helping a new customer first. The entire process from arriving at the office to finishing the return took half an hour. As a result, we barely made it to our flight after handling tax refunds, baggage check, and security. The rental office was informed of our return time in advance, so they should ensure enough staff during busy hours.

This is the third time I've used Aucar and each them has been excellent. Friendly, efficient and willing to assist

The car was great and the staff that we dealt with were wonderful. My only complaint is that the drop off location for the car in the confirmation email was listed incorrectly (was listed as 7 Sabre Court and should have been 26 Cataline Drive). Other than that, it was a fantastic experience.

Quite large administrative charge for toll road tag usage.
