Paid $58 for Perodua Bezza but get Proton Saga (it was price $54). It is a downgrade. But no refund?

The car's fuel gauge showed nearly empty right after leaving the airport. Before returning the car, I contacted customer service for nearby gas stations due to difficulty finding one. They directed me to another customer service representative on WeChat, but the WeChat number was invalid. I informed them in advance that I might be late returning the car due to searching for a gas station and peak traffic congestion, but received no response. When I returned the car an hour late, I was charged an additional 20 MYR, despite not exceeding the 24-hour rental period. Bookings within 24 hours should have the same rate.

The driver picked me up from KLIA2, then processed the paperwork at Terminal 1. After returning the car, they dropped me off at Terminal 2.

Just okay. If my husband didn't speak the local language, I definitely wouldn't have been able to get the car. No one came to pick us up or called us, and when you call them at the entrance, they don't speak Chinese.

Affordable and staff spoke good English. Processing at the counter in KLIA1 was swift. A counter at KLIA2 will be great to cut short pick up and drop off time. The car I had ran with a slightly worn bearing noise but the car manage to serve me well albeit the the slightlly noisy bearing issue.

The super protection insurance is the add-on to go for. It lets me drive with minimal worries knowing that I am fully protected. More member deals and discounts will be very much welcomed :)

proton Saga quite good car to drive only the accelator quite rigid and the rest was superb car and economic.

Paradise service was good and well organised. Was to return and pick the car from airports.
