Great car, friendly staff. only down side is that the tyre went flat as it had a slow leaking nail in there, there was no way of knowing if the nail was in there before we picked the car up or after... effectively doubled the cost of the rental

The first car broke down in dangerous circumstances. Complete electrical failure which affected break and steering systems and rendered the car undrivable. Road side assistance took 7 hours and replacement car 24 hours. The whole process had financial implications for us. After I returned the second car YESAWAY advised that I had additional money to pay as petrol tank on first vehicle was not full as per agreement. Given the car had broken down causing me hugh cost and inconvenience and was probably not roadworthy when they hired it to me is a bit rich. Having taken the money they will not respond to my emails.
