Pick-up took a bit long while they were confirming the booking, but returning the car was super easy. They just checked the fuel was full, the guy walked around the car once and that was it. I was honestly surprised, because I’d read online that returns can be really strict and they’ll try to find every tiny scratch to cause trouble, but that didn’t happen to us at all. The chubby uncle who handled the return was really nice. I’d definitely consider renting from them again next time.

The car rental counter is very prominent and easy to find. The check-in process was quick, and they even guided us to the airport bus ticket office to check the schedule for trips to Laos. After picking up the car, we headed to Honglian Lake. The scenery along the way was stunning, but unfortunately, we couldn't upload a video. Highly recommend this car rental company to our friends.
