STARTED ROUGH ENDED WELL

Worked just fine.

The car I got was better than expected. Instead of Toyota Corolla I got a Kia Forte, very roomy.

I love using easyrentcars. I never have a problem. no problem cancelling if necessary.

Such a simple process. I had all the paperwork ready and that made the process really fast. The car we got was like brand new and very nice to drive. All the other rentals during that time were 2-3 times as expensive, but we didn’t compromise on anything with Routes.

Very easy and seamless. I’ll be using this again.

Need more staff to check out.

I had a great value for a full size vehicle. The price had drop even lower than when I booked.

At the time of my arrival there were too many people and only one customer service representative. Due to the fact that one of the customer took a lot of time to make a decission the whole line of people was waiting for too long. If you book a car in advance the whole process should be organized faster and easier. But when Junior came everything started to move faster.
