I have to say...one of the best experiences with a rental company....The agent that assisted in my rental was exemplary. He was informative, courteous and added to my overall vacation satisfaction...thanks so much. Will definitely recommend this company to others and will use again in my future visits.

One customer service rep gave poor service and info. He gave misinformation which led to being charged extra fees twice.

Easy process, good service.

We waited for over an hour to be picked up at the airport. I called several times, but the call wasn't answered each time. As you can imagine, this was a bit distressing on arriving in a foreign country. The car itself was fine, apart from one of the tires was inflated to only 21psi, the others were 46psi. I didn't notice this until we started driving so I had to inflate this twice during the car hire. The brakes on the car were quite poor as well. Routes attempted to sell us a car toll sticker for $12 a day, saying that there were many toll roads in Orlando. We didn't have to pay a single toll, despite driving every day of our holidays.

Our car was supposed to be a large SUV we got a mini van... the place is off site which is a bit inconvenient the hours are not great for a super early flight. The customer service was great the agents were super nice.

Like: Was very easy and smooth transaction.
Dislike: That i couldn't stay in it longer.
