Very satisfied. You can smoothly pick up the car with your domestic driver's license and a translation. The staff is very friendly, and you can choose from similar models. At first, we picked a convertible, but since we had a lot of luggage, they replaced it with a four-door Jeep for us.

Picked up from cruise terminal Miami to Miami Airport in a comfortable bus... And free.. Pick up location was quick and given a choice of 6 cars to choose from

Best deal I could get anywhere on the net by a mile.. Next best was about usd 400 higher for car hire from Miami to New York including all insurances and one way drop off fee.. In total we had the minivan for about 17 days
