National gave an upgraded car so it was great

Drop off and shuttle to LAX was quick and efficient. Staff at Yosemite airport was wonderful albeit the rental system had a temporary shut down.

Cancellation process was easy. Rebooking was easy. Loved the flexibility that came with changing bookings without extra charges. Exactly what you want when booking on line.

There was a good range of cars available when I arrived. The bodywork had a couple of small scratches which I had to point out but the staff were happy to log them. Vehicle itself was in good condition. On return, there were no quibbles and the process was quick and easy. Staff at both pickup and return were helpful and friendly.

Price drop worked great. Didn't have any problems with the rental voucher.

Like: I did reserve a kia or similar, but I got a larger car. At first I was not sure about the choice. After diving it to Phoenix the cost of gas was not all that bad. Great job. When I did turn in the car they put a surcharge on the gas. I call the Abilene office an informed him of my problem. I let him know I pick the car up empty and turn it in empty. They charged me a service charge for car being brought in empty. Jacob took care of the problem right away, GREAT JOB Jacob. Over all very good work. Thank you I would most diffidently use your device again.
Dislike: There was nothing I did not like, over all , great job.
