Great rental car

Service is prompt and good. The whole process is seamless and I’m very grateful.

The overall experience was excellent. Shiying was very enthusiastic and answered all questions. Harry explained the traffic rules very patiently and thoroughly!

Service the car slightly more. The car that was given (produa bezza), the passenger doors lock were not working. We had to manually open the lock from the driver's door everytime we parked.

The contact numbers and pick up details provided were not accurate. I waited a good 1.5 hours and noone came to the arrivals hall. I had to call Easyrentcar and they took around an hour to locate the person dropping the car off. He was waiting outside the airport and his number was not the same as the one on the booking. While waiting for this driver, I had other approach me that were offering the same car for half the price. Next time i will just book one from the airport.

Bob was on time and very helpful. On the third day we left the key inside while taking our toddler's stroller and the car autolock kicked in. Bob managed to help at no extra cost. Thank you.
