“Rip off at pick up”

Was forced to pay extra at pick up as they wouldn’t accept insurance paid for at booking. Said it wasn’t valid as it wasn’t their own insurance. (Actually didn’t pay and took the risk). Then wouldn’t accept my bank card so had to add my husband as a driver to use his card which cost more. None of this made clear at time of booking. Man was incredibly unhelpful.

“Was ok, but could be better”

I was expecting a large estate car, as described a Citroen C5 or similar, I got a small SUV a Peugeot 2008 making it very tricky to fit all of our party and luggage in.

Very helpful staff but €48 after 8pm charge was not fully explained by yourselves.

The £1500 block reserve payment in case of accidents etc was a big surprise and means is locked for the rental period and at least 3 days afterwards.
