Timely airport pickup, fast pick-up and drop-off process.

We did not end up getting a Toyota Carolla. If we had more luggage. We could have struggles

There was scratches an small dents all over the car. All photos have been taken. We may have missed a couple as well

I was very disappointed that the dollar counter staff tried selling me insurance again even after I explained that I had purchased this through easy rent cars. He told me a number of times that I wasn’t actually insured when in fact I was, just not through them. I think that the insurance process is misleading for customers, and most people would just listen to what the staff member was selling and take it. Resulting in a double up of insurance. Not impressed about that process and glad I understand it now for future.

Car wasn’t clean when we received it and also made a noise when we applied the brake. Other than that it was a modern vehicle and well priced compared to other Queenstown options.
