The overall process of picking up and dropping off the car was exceptionally smooth, and the car was in great condition.

Union Square was really crowded, and it took nearly an hour to get the car. I had already told the first staff member that I needed a baby seat, but when I picked up the car, there wasn't one, and they had added road assistance insurance, which I mistakenly thought was for the baby seat. The second staff member was also odd; they forgot to give me a parking voucher, so I had to stop at the exit and go back to get it.

Very friendly attitude

There was an issue during the rental process. The website stated that a translated document could be used, but the store required the use of Alamo's translation software. I had to go across the street to print it, costing me more than 3 dollars and wasting over an hour. Other than that, everything went smoothly. The car was a Buick Enclave, but the air conditioning was somewhat lacking.

New car, perfect condition. pickup ok. Not great with assisting with car seats but that is ok.
