Very easy and pleasant experience. I was even upgraded to a small suv, which really great.

Very disappointed in the car I received. I'm from the motor city and specifically went with your company to get a Chevy Impala or similar big 3 car (As Advertised). Frequently visit Vegas and always get a Ford,GM,Chrysler. At pickup, the agent (JOHN) knew I was unhappy and offered to "upgrade" to a Mustang which I thought was great. Then tried to charge me $800.00 on top of my booking, that's outrageous. He offered me many cars which I did not want to drive ie- Toyota, Kia. I ended up getting a Passat, when I went to pick it up, there was a nicer condition Passat, but it was "taken" when I asked about it. It was a vehicle to drive but not what I wanted and not pleased with it at all. Then to top it off, it was a Diesel, which they never informed me of. When I went to fill it up, I did not know, so I went to the wrong pump, had to cancel the transaction. At the right pump (Diesel), it would not take my credit card, so I had to call my credit card company to allow the charge. Feel free to call my number, I'd love to talk with customer service about this rental, very unhappy overall!

Quick and easy rental process.

Our person at the pick up counter did the best she could however she was the only working and the line got very long. When we walked out to get our car we were somewhat shocked as the car we were given looked less than well maintained...no hubcaps on any of the wheels. Looked like it had 4 spares. (See pictures) When we asked to have another car we were told we would have to go back downstairs and wait in a very long line which we did not have the time to do. The car made some strange noises while we drove it and we often wondered if it was going to make it up a hill or two. Overall, this car really should not have been put out for rental. We were VERY disappointed and will be asking for a refund. As frequent travelers this was definitely NOT how a rental car experience should be.

Like: Ease of dropoff
Dislike: the 1.5 hrs it took to stand in line to wait for service.

Like: That I can add my daughter on the car as she needed to drive

Like: Car was rented as advertised.
Dislike: Long delay in picking up the vehicle at airport.
