Great service

I was very satisfied with this car rental. Firstly, the price was very cheap, less than 100 AUD for 4 days. I was worried that renting an SUV from Nissan at such a low price wouldn't be good, but the car turned out to be very nice, very new, and easy to drive with a push start button. The owner, a very nice white man, warned us about the 200 km per day mileage limit, which we didn't exceed. After returning the car, the owner even drove us to the airport. Overall, it was an excellent car rental experience!

Car was fine. Pick up and drop off were different locations. Bus not marked so hard to find. Drop off was to a random, empty, very dark lot where we sat for 15 minutes before finally getting through to someone then waited another 10-15 minutes to be collected. Wouldn't use again despite the decent price.

I needed assistance from the customer service desk at Brisbane airport, as the quoted phone no. for Carhood was not replying. After help, everything went very well - the car was larger than expected but was an automatic and not the expected manual. But fantastic value!

Like: Upgraded the original car size and this was done without any issues
Dislike: Did not read the instructions fully - could have been picked up from Brisbane international airport

Like: The vehicle I got was pretty much efficient on fuel and clean inside and out. Transfers to and from airport was quick and well communed by staff. Also, having experiences with other car rentals to my surprise I found them providing with inbuilt navigation at no extra cost. Cheers!
Dislike: 12v socket was faulty that kept me from charging the phone as it is essential while taking long journeys.
