i have used alamo for every trip ive had and ill always use them. the pick up truck was a bit too big for me (5ft height) and i think ill book a SUV next time but no complaints

Drop off location should be saved in the car GP'S , It will be easy for the customer to drive the car to the AIR PORT parking .

On picking up the car the member of staff at the Alamo counter tried to tell me the car i had booked was too small for myself and my child and would not fit my two cases in the boot, this was not the case at all, the car very comfortably fit all our luggage in and an extra case plus hand luggage on our return to the airport. He also implied I did not have sufficient insurance even though i had booked the top cover that Easyrentcars offered (including road side recovery). I was made to sign paper work whilst the staff member told me to sign my life away. This was most upsetting and he was obviously trying to oversell and rip off a woman travelling alone with a child. absolutely shocking experience. The back seat of the car was soaking wet, though we were told to return the car empty because of this.

Had no problem at all and would use easyrentcars again.

Only thing better would of been lower cost

Our class of car wasn’t available. I was pretty disappointed. At least they have me an upgrade but I’m still disappointed I didn’t have my convertible car
