Great customer service, though the pickup method was a culture shock.

Pricing was just slightly more expensive than what offered in airport

The car condition could have been better and not really up to my expectation. Especially on the rear tyres are actually quite bold and can be dangerous to drive on a rainy days. I only noticed it on the 2nd day after I pick up the car. The rental company should do a check on the car before renting it out. This could caused accident if it is not properly checked.

Car condition is not good. We had tire puncture on last day before going to the airport.

The car that we get every things look okay, was pretty good. the only thing that i wasn't accept was one side of the car tire was running flat, and the stuff told me this is normal. i found this is super dangerous, langkawi most of the road is up down hill and when 1 tire running flat is horrible slippery.
