Very cheap and excellent car

We noted that we needed a baby seat when placing the order, but when we went to pick up the car, they only informed us that no baby seats were available. They asked us to buy one ourselves and promised a refund when we returned the car! They didn't offer any help at all. This is simply outrageous!

When returning the car, there was a Taiwanese server. I asked her in English if she spoke Chinese, and she replied in English that she didn’t. But when I went out to return the car and came back for the paperwork, she was fluently speaking Chinese with two other Taiwanese people. Isn't that frustrating? I returned the car at the Christchurch airport location. It was a female server, suspected to be Taiwanese. Please take action!

I was stoked with $117 for a "corolla or similar" for 4 days but of course that was too good to be true, I got a sluggish Hyundai Accent instead. Still good value I suppose. The staff were ok but didnt go out of their way at all. I wasnt explained the drop off location and had to leave cash for parking as I dropped it in the wrong spot and didnt have time to move it. I left my phone in the car and had to wait half a day for them to retrieve it and then arrange my own courier.

Like: Car was great condition. Staff were lovely.
Dislike: Hard to locate their service desk. Not until we called that we found out that their office isn't at the airport but a block away.

Dislike: Drop off time a bit long waiting for airport bus
