Picking up the car from Los Angeles airport is very convenient. The Alamo shuttle bus driver was very helpful, and the staff at the self-service car pickup area were also very nice.

Picking up and returning the car was very convenient. The rental company has a large selection of cars, so there's plenty to choose from when picking up the car.

At the beginning of the rental process, they asked us to pay an additional insurance fee, but after negotiation, they agreed not to charge any extra fees. Everything else was very satisfactory and convenient, allowing us to choose our preferred or satisfactory model from similar vehicles.
