Easy, well priced, hassle free

The staff had a good attitude, and there was no line. However, I was overcharged for fuel when changing the car. When I picked up the car, it had half a tank of gas, and the front desk said I should return it with the same amount. But when I returned the car, they charged me for fuel first, and I had to wait in line again to get this charge canceled. It wasted a lot of time.

There were no hidden fees; the staff at the Disneyland hotel location were very nice!
