The car was a diesel that got very good gas mileage. The driver’s visor was broken when we picked up. Very satisfied with the service and car.

Easyrentcars was good. We didn’t hear of any price drops.

Car windows were down when we got the car. When were got back in the car later after the windows were up, the car smelled like smoke.

Advantage in Phoenix was the worst rental car company I ever had to deal with. When I arrived at the rental car center, Advantage did not have any rental cars available. Also, at 20 other groups of people were waiting in line at 12 midnite for a rental car with no cars available to rent. I had to rent a car from Dollar rental cars for $114 for 24 hr. rental period. I had to go back to Advantage the next day. They only had diesel cars available which costed me more than $50 in gas as compared to a gas car for the 19 day rental period. The worst rental car experience I ever had.

The first car we got was 5 years old we drove to the hotel and the next day had to return it as we were renting for two weeks and it was jumping ahead when I let of the brake. Customer service was excellent as they replaced it with an almost new car.

Car was average when we finally got it after 3 hrs. in line. Staff did nothing to speed things up, at times making jokes about the wait.
