Easy peasy

Issue with advantage was offered different vehicle at pick up with absolutely no mention of up charge. Feel deceived.

Was fine experience.

The queue to pick up our car was over an hour wait. The staff at the counter were not friendly at all, very pushy on up selling insurance despite having full cover already - they use scaremongering tactics. Also they tried to give us a smaller/cheaper car than we booked. After I complained and showed my booking confirmation, they finally honoured what I paid for but told me it was technically an “upgrade”. Would pay the extra money and hire a car from a more reputable company so you can at least relax and make the most of your vacation in Maui, not worry about whether you’re going to get stung with Advantage additional charges on return!

Easy to book and compare.

The clerks at pickup were not very clear about self-checkin. Fortunately, the lady at the gate took care of details missed by the checkout people.

Good customer service! Easy drop off! The wait to pick up was over 40 minutes. Otherwise, great experence.

Like: My second time with Advantage there certainly will be a third (and hopefully a 4th 5th 6th.........)
