The service and car condition were excellent. Except for being persuaded to purchase full insurance, the car has automatic braking, which is very responsive, so it's unlikely to have any scratches or bumps. The insurance was unnecessary.

Arrived 40 minutes early. Normally, after completing the formalities at Terminal 1, I would rush to the parking lot at Terminal 2. There was no car available. Numerous phone calls were made back and forth, and it took 54 minutes past the scheduled pick-up time to get the car. It really messed up my plans. Returning the car in advance went smoothly.

This EUROPCAR company is extremely terrible. On the Zuzuche platform, it indicated that our credit card would be accepted, but when we arrived at the store, they did not acknowledge it and said that Zuzuche platform had nothing to do with them. As a result, they didn't give us the car, refused to cancel the order, and denied a refund, wasting us thousands of yuan.

They try to upsell you to a better car, just say no.
