A great overall experience.

The staff was excellent esp Zahid (backend) and Curtis at front desk. First Silver Lacrosse we got had more than a dozen dings and was in poor shape from the outside. Second Red lacrosse was better but both lacrosse sedans were missin steering adjustment switches. If they get fresher inventory they ll be five stars over all.

The first car they assigned me had a big hole in one of the body panels. The toll program was $10 a day which turned out to be a huge rip off.

When I picked the car up the attendant stated the car was in perfect condition, this was not correct, I found the rear off side light cluster to be broken, there was a big dent in the front off side hood, the front near side bumper had come away from the clips which meant it was forward of its original position, there was a small dent in the near side rear door, and other little marks which all had to be reported to the attendant before I moved the vehicle. If I and my wife had not noticed these indentations and damage I could have been blamed for them which in turn could have cost us a lot of money, I strongly suggest your vehicles are correctly checked BEFORE being given to a customer. Otherwise the car performed most adequately and was extremely good on fuel, (which I left half a tank in).

Pressured into buying E-Zpass ($270) by 3 staff members saying there are NO cash tolls ANYWAY in NY. Totally incorrect. On return when I questioned this they changed their story to “nearly” no cash tolls in NY. When we said we’d take our chances, they threatened with a $25 admin charge for each billed toll! Also tried to up sell us with the car but it was clear they didn’t have what we booked on the property! Not nice when travelling long haul with a baby!! Also tried up selling insurance & roadside, even though I showed them the details of already having this through EasyRentCars. They pretty much said it’s not worth the paper it’s written on!

One of the tires had 20 psi.... It freaked out when I found out about it on a highway. Please check tires before renting out!
