Very good and convenient.

The vehicle was very new with just over 10,000 kilometers on the odometer. It was fuel-efficient, and the CarPlay connection made navigation very convenient. Additionally, the lane-keeping assist feature was excellent. If you're used to driving left-hand drive cars, switching to right-hand drive might feel a bit off, but the system immediately alerts you if the vehicle veers out of the lane, which is particularly helpful.

The staff didn't push for insurance; they simply asked if I had already purchased it. Once I confirmed, they quickly completed the paperwork.

The booking and checking process was smooth. The staff at europcar were friendly and helpful. Had some difficulty in finding the car in Bay Area among sea of cars so can improve on this process if possible. We were offered a different car to one that was booked,but it was a good car in this case so no complaints.

Easy rent cars enabled us to get the best car and price so no complaints.
