Simple and easy booking process

Very convenient, both pickup and drop-off were easy. The car was quite new as well.

Rented a car from this company and there were small scratches on the door. Since we had full insurance with no deductible, there should have been no charges. However, this company unauthorizedly charged my card. When we returned the car, no one inspected it. After we got back to China, they claimed there were some scratches and asked me to pay for it, even though we had full insurance. ZUZUCAR said they would negotiate with EUROPCAR, and there should be no additional fees. But on October 31, EUROPCAR charged 550.00 AUD to my credit card without my card or my permission! Such a garbage company.

We thought we were getting a RAV 4, but they tried to give me a Mitsubishi asx, too small so we paid an upgrade to an outlander. When I asked about the Rav 4, they said that is not what I ordered.

特に難しい会話もなく簡単に借りられました。 返却もカギを渡すだけで終了。 車両も思いのほかきれいで新しかった。 最高速度を設定できる車両でしたが、使い方を理解するまでに時間がかかった。日本語のマニュアルがあると助かる。
