ace, as part of hertz, is much less than what I expected.

Overall, it was okay! I've rented from Ace many times because it's cheap. The location is not inside the airport, so you need to take a shuttle bus. The pick-up spot has changed, it's no longer at the 15-minute free zone, but now it's at the right side of the international arrivals exit where the big buses and hotel shuttles are, which is closer. The car is a bit old, but the service is good. It's fine.

The car was not cleaned. There was quite some rubbish (for example old food) in the middle compartment.

Received a larger car than booked. That was good, but wasn't very clean. Rubbish in center console & numerous scratches on body. Booking, pickup, & drop off were all good.

No price drop. Filled in Trustpilot review for 5% discount, got the voucher but couldn't apply it to the booking.

The staff member that served me was great. Polite and very friendly. The car was in a great condition.
