Easy and fast services

The rental fee for Touch 'n Go provided by the company is a bit high, but everything else was great. Both the car pick-up and drop-off process were smooth.

There is no counter at T2, it was a bit hard to find the parking lot in Kuala Lumpur as it was my first time there and no one answered the phone. Eventually, I contacted the rental company for assistance.

We got the make and model that we ordered and provide WhatsApp support in case you got any query and support during the rental period.

Very smooth and clear in the whole booking process and no need for the customer service's help.

I have been renting from Galaxy for few instances and previous trip I switch to another car rental thinking that most of the car rental are the same. Full of disappointment from other car rental providing bad car conditions (old and dirty). This trip I switch back to Galaxy Asia and through comparison you will realised the differences. I will continue with Galaxy Asia and hope they will continue with such good service and quality car.
