The lady boss and the guy who served me was friendly and helpful. Both speaks English, that's a plus point. No hard selling, no hassle. Only problem is that those LPG cars have smaller boot space. Even I had a hard time squeezing my 2 luggage in the boot.

All process done via electronic and paperless. The communication in english is not so good. I don't have any issue with the car condition, the bus shuttle pickup and return to airport is very smooth. The instruction given via whatsapp is very clear. The car came with GPS but in Korean. Prefer to include English version.

Collecting car process was seamless and straightforward. The rental car was full of scratches that we need to take a video of it as a proof before signing off. When we returned the car, the process was speedy and no major problem.
