Simple and cheap!

The car exceeded my expectations. However, I was disappointed dropping off the car. The guy I handed the keys to and was waiting on to check the car, neglected to inform me it was intact until I approached him again, even though he clearly saw I was standing by that car when he finally came to collect it.

No comments, great service as always.

The overall service was quite good and I'm satisfied.

Upgraded on arrival, slight confusion over where to leave the car on drop off, but was able to speak to someone there even though it was early.

The budget staff were very friendly and helpful. The car was clean and performed as expected.

The platform was easy to use, and a good interface between myself and the rental company.

Rep was very helpful and accommodating

Booking was easy and pleased with the price - however, at collection, the info Budget had was that Easycar had only booked and paid for a Fiesta (or similar), despite me booking a Focus - significant price difference. Budget man was very helpful and have it's what we needed.
