Very convenient

Renting the car was very convenient; everything was settled within the airport. The car was in excellent condition—clean, tidy, and fully fueled. It all went very smoothly.

The location of this branch is easy to find, just a one-minute walk from the airport exit. The staff were friendly and recommended upgrading the car and insurance. Since it was my first time driving a right-hand drive in Melbourne, I decided to be cautious. Both picking up and returning the car were very convenient, especially the return process, possibly because I bought full insurance. I will consider this company again next time. Great service.

予約よりにいいクルマでした。 しかし、英語が聞き取れなかったのもありますが、追加の保険などで、1〜2割り増しの費用になりました。 英語がかなり聞き取りつらいスタッフでした。
