Received an unexplained charge half a month after returning the car and coming back home. After raising the issue with Zuzuche, was informed that the car was returned to the wrong location.

The staff's attitude was indifferent, and they were at least twenty minutes late for both pick-up and drop-off. They didn't have the car I reserved and only offered to replace it with a small SUV of an unknown brand that couldn't fit our luggage. We had to pay extra to choose a Skoda Superb. Chinese customers should avoid this store; the attitude was as if we owed them a lot of money. The experience was terrible.

Customer service rarely answers the phone. Every time I call with the same issue, I have to explain it all over again.

It was a terrible experience. The car broke down when we arrived to pick it up, and it took a long time to get a replacement. We ended up with a car meant for 5 people, but squeezed in 6.
