Really good overall, no complaints at all.

The rental office is just outside the airport. If you’re traveling in the off-season, call them as soon as you land and they’ll send someone to pick you up. Overall, the experience was pretty good.

They upgraded our car to a fairly new one, it was super clean and in great condition. Both pickup and return were really easy.

Everything went super smoothly! The staff at the store were incredibly friendly, there were absolutely no hidden fees, and none of the horror stories I’d seen online happened to me at all. I even extended the rental by one extra day at the last minute and returning the car was a breeze.

I originally booked a BMW X1, but the branch must’ve been out so they upgraded me to a 3 Series. Ended up with a brand‑new car with just over 1,000 km on it, absolutely perfect. Most of the route was on the D400 with lots of curves, and having the 3 Series made it a really smooth and fun drive for our family of three. The only downside was that we had to extend the rental by one extra day due to a change in plans, and that bumped the price up a bit – about 8,000 lira – which felt slightly expensive. Other than that, everything was great.

When I picked up the car, the staff proactively helped me set up CarPlay, which was super convenient.

They didn’t give me the exact car I originally booked, but I was in a hurry to catch the good weather in Fethiye for paragliding, so I didn’t bother arguing about it. The car itself was fine though.

The service was good. There were some issues with the insurance during pick-up, but the customer service helped resolve them later.

When we returned the car, we realized we’d left some belongings inside. They helped us contact the right people to look for them and eventually found everything at the car wash area. Super friendly service.

There was a bug when paying the deposit with my Chinese credit card, but the staff at Dalaman Airport were super patient and kept trying different ways with me until my bank sorted it out. They were really friendly and attentive the whole time.

This is probably the most popular company for walk-in rentals, and the guy who did the car inspection when I picked up was really funny.

Pickup and return were really fast, and the car was spotless inside and out.

Right outside the airport exit there’s a reservation counter, and they didn’t try to upsell any extra insurance the whole time.
