Had a great experience with Routes car rental. Car exceeded my expectations and was clean and new. Pick up was a little slow but to be fair a shuttle full of customers arrived at the same time. Agent did not try to pressure or "scam" me into buying any extra insurance, toll pass or gas. Car return was super easy and fast. Shuttle to and from Routes was also fast and efficient. I would use this car rental co. again and would recommend it to anyone.

“I rented a Toyota Corolla and I got instead a much bigger and better car, so perfect”

They did not have record of the insurance we had already booked with easyrentcars, and they tried to make us purchase it again. Besides, they offered us a device to pay for tolls but they were unclear with the price until we were about to pay.

“Average Experience, Lot to improve, but Positive vibes”

The pick up guys are NOT present in the airport unless the customer calls them up for pick-up, STRANGE ! I spent almost an hour waiting :( The car was shaky a bit when driving on highways.
