Great service and affordability

The service was alright, but it's a bit alarming when they say towing fees are not included while promoting insurance. After all, I've never needed towing before, and other companies and branches never brought it up.

They tried to cheat me by giving a different car than the one I booked. I insisted on getting the car I had reserved, and they finally gave it to me.

Rented a car from this company and there were small scratches on the door. Since we had full insurance with no deductible, there should have been no charges. However, this company unauthorizedly charged my card. When we returned the car, no one inspected it. After we got back to China, they claimed there were some scratches and asked me to pay for it, even though we had full insurance. ZUZUCAR said they would negotiate with EUROPCAR, and there should be no additional fees. But on October 31, EUROPCAR charged 550.00 AUD to my credit card without my card or my permission! Such a garbage company.

Staff was professional and car pickup process was quick and easy. Car condition was excellent.
