Very satisfied. The staff are highly professional. Initially, the car provided was relatively old, with a chipped spot on the front windshield. Requested a replacement and was smoothly switched to a car in great condition. Returning the car was also convenient, with a gas station located right next to the store.

Excellent service, the only automatic car available, driving in Paine was not easy!

The physical condition of the car contained many small dents and scrapes but the interior was mint. Windshield and tires were in extremely good condition. The front counter staff were fun and set everything up swiftly and released the car with ease. I would rent using Europcar again without question.

No one was in the counter for drop off, we had to wait over an hour and no one came.
