Pros: 1. The car pickup process was simple and quick, just needed to show a Chinese driver's license, a translated copy from Zuzuche, and a credit card. 2. Self-service car pickup from the underground garage. Cons: 1. The car had noticeable scratches which the staff did not inform me about; I only discovered them the next day under sunlight. Upon comparing with the car pickup video, it was clear they were 'old damage'. After calling them, they told me to check the markings in the form myself. 2. Few parking spots for Europcar at Vienna train station garage, had to park in the last available spot. Tip: Get full insurance to reduce worries during your trip!

The staff were very patient.

No need to line up, pickup was immediate. They tried to upsell insurance, but we had already gotten full coverage through QEEQ, so we didn't buy the insurance they recommended. The rental staff didn't provide any introduction to the car and simply handed over the keys.
