The Europcar staff provided excellent service. My English is not very good, but the staff used gestures while explaining and wrote down the key information. They asked me repeatedly if I understood or needed further translation.

I had an appointment to pick up the car at 8:30. When I arrived at the store, there were three people ahead of me. There wasn't any organized line, so everyone had to line up on their own. There was only one staff member, and the computer even crashed during the process, so it took a full hour to get the car. They asked if I would be leaving Austria. If you are, make sure to inform the staff so they can give you a highway pass to avoid fines for not having one after leaving the country.

Easy pick-up and drop-off process

Due to the rental company's shortcomings, the vehicle wasn't ready, making us wait for over half an hour. They also failed to point out previous scratches and accidents; the car was covered in water spots after washing, so we had to inspect it ourselves.

Expectations were exceeded. Counter staff were efficient and helpful throughout.

The store is located in the city, and the parking lot is right next door. After completing the procedures, you can pick up the car by yourself, which is very convenient. We drove from Vienna to Prague, the car was in great condition, and the scenery along the way was beautiful. There is a dedicated car return area at Prague airport, and the staff are very efficient, taking only 5 minutes!

They provided a brand-new Mercedes-Benz C-Class wagon, which was a diesel version. It had strong power and remained incredibly stable even at 160 km/h on the highway. After signing the contract at the counter, I got the key and picked up the car myself from the nearby underground parking lot, which was very convenient. The vehicle already had all highway toll passes, so no need to pay tolls myself. Returning the car was just as simple, in the same parking lot, with a full tank.

Pickup was right at the airport, with two staff members handling it. Their attitude was great and they were very patient. The customers in front of me, who were from the Arab region, asked questions for about 15 minutes, and the staff remained very courteous.

The wait on the counter to pick the car was very long. The lady who served us was very helpful and professional.

I have submitted a very lengthy feedback email directly to the Eurpocar desk in Vienna airport. I can share a copy with you if you wish. Their company representatives' responses to us were shocking and drastically impacted our holiday. I will never use Europcar again. Your survey above should also include queries realting to the duration of the rental.
