There are many customers renting cars. If you know how to use the self-service machine, you almost don't need to wait in line. I rented a Nissan Altima, which has average condition with over 30,000 miles on it. The car has a noticeable alignment issue and hasn't been well-maintained.

The car had an issue, but they replaced it without any fuss.

After a window smashing incident, Alamo's service was very prompt and efficient, with no extra costs. Fortunately, we didn't follow QEEQ company's customer service suggestion to privately fix the window at a repair shop. Otherwise, we'd have to bear the cost of the car window on top of the significant loss from our stolen luggage.

Pretty good, their prices are mid-range.

Car was clean but had an ingrained smell of marijuana that we couldn’t get rid of.
