Long bus ride to rental car pick up, and due to construction was hard to find the drop off. Car was not clean but was able to choose from a selection of car available. I just so happen to choose a not so clean car.

We had an issue with the first hire car as it broke down. We had to make several calls to the Dollar Customer Service line over a 3 hour period trying to organise the car to be towed (and I've just had a phone bill for £115!). So not the best experience.
