This company lacks integrity and engages in fraudulent practices. They initially attract customers with low prices, then impose additional charges through various means to gain undue profits.

The staff were quite friendly, and there was no need to queue. They picked us up from the hotel early in the morning.

Compared to my last rental experience with AVIS, the efficiency and service were vastly inferior. Returning the car early required cash payment, which was very frustrating.

Good service but could be improved if a little explanation was given especially to first time visitors to Melbourne,like me. A little explanation on driving rules,tolls and parking in Melbourne would have helped a great deal. There was total lack of communication and personal touch to the service provided.

Booking system was good and efficient.

Only problem we found, guy came to pick us up from Airport can’t speak English properly, really hard to understand...
